John Szetela is a guitarist born and raised in Owensboro, KY. His love of guitar began at the young age of 13, when his uncle gave him his first guitar and taught him how to play.

He went on to playing in clubs and bars for many years in his hometown. Thirsting to learn more about guitar and music, at age 19, John moved to Hollywood, California to study at Musicians Institute’s guitar program, (G.I.T). 

Immediately after studying music in California, John began his music career, spending many years touring the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean Islands. He now focuses mainly on music endeavors in his home-base of Nashville, TN.

John is currently on tour with recording artist Jerrod Niemann.
